Chateau la Rose

Chateau la Rose is located in the commune of Cussac Fort Medoc, between the prestigious appellations of Margaux and Saint Julien-Beychevelle. More than 13 generations have led this operation, with constant concern and respect for tradition and the environment. The vineyards extend over 45 acres of gravel ridges, enjoying the effects of the proximity to the estuary of the Gironde. The vines are an average of 40 years old and are planted to Merlot, which provides roundness to the wines, Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides structure, and Cabernet Franc, which adds aromatic spice.
