Sauvignon Blanc

This is a markedly complex wine with aromas of Asian pear, starfruit, some lean lemon citrus notes, with very subtle hints of fresh coconut flavors, lemon marmalade, and a white floral component. Enjoy this food-friendly wine with lightly seared scallops or other favorite shellfish, pastas in cream sauces, Thai curries, or rich dishes like pan-seared fois gras.

Chardonnay

Aromas of Golden Delicious apples, Meyer lemon zest, and pineapple with hints of vanilla, crème brûlée, brioche, and honey. Flavors range from peach to starfruit and sweet cream butter, with a rich mid-palate texture and a bright finish of grapefruit and green apple. Enjoy this refreshing wine with light and delicate food such as raw and lightly cooked shellfish, like crab and prawns, steamed or grilled fish, and pasta or risotto with spring vegetables.

Pinot Noir

THis is a very expressive wine aromatically, with lychee, cranberry, cola, raspberry, and red cherries abounding, with hints of cinnamon and clove, wildflower honey, and cacao. Flavors of red fruits, including pomegranate, are accented by wisps of cedar and a hint of leather. This wine has a bright, food-friendly profile which will pair well with poached or grilled salmon, juicy ham, or seafood bisque.

Zinfandel

Aromas of cherry cola, blackberry, baking spice, and cocoa lead to flavors of raspberry jam, chocolate cake, and black tea. The wine is medium bodied with a balanced finish. Enjoy this Zinfandel with spiced Asian dishes, American BBQ, or grilled meats, including pork, lamb, and poultry.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas of black raspberry crumble, vanilla, and cocoa dust lead to flavors of black cherries, plums, and a hint of vanilla. Enjoy this wine with beef stroganoff, prime rib, or roast goose.
